With more than 35,000 people across 400+ sites, Ventia are one of Australia's and New Zealand's largest essential infrastructure providers. And they have a number one promise for all of their people, clients and the community: Safety and Health above all else.
Problem was, not everyone was on the same safety page. So it was our job to create said page — building a single Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) vision, identity and narrative that everyone could get behind.
That was just the foundations. After, we needed to change safety behaviours around Ventia's four most dangerous workplace activities: driving, working at heights, electricity, and operating heavy machinery.
The result? Four campaigns — All Roads Lead to Home, What's Up!, LiveWise and Heavy Metal — each building on the SHEQ promise while focusing on the 'why' to reinforce the message and shift behaviour in the right way. The work went down so well, they even asked us to do their full employer brand.
