Bunnings' Supply Chain picks, packs and shifts freight to get product where it needs to be. Weirdly, December's when they're safest. Everyone's switched on, alert to every risk. It's the weeks after, once the rush dies down, that accidents creep back in. People switch off exactly when they should be paying the most attention. So we built a campaign to get them refocused on what actually matters: being safe for themselves, for each other, and for their families waiting at home.

Clear results

— 10%+ hours worked, 7%+ containers unpacked, and 35%+ online orders, but safety incidents fell 32%.

— Managers saw a noticeable change, while teams felt and embraced the campaign in meaningful ways.
