As one of Australia's leading digital marketplaces, Catch needed a fresh, personality-packed employer brand to hook the best candidates and keep their most talented people.

After synthesising reams of internal workshop findings, I led the strategy to develop the articulation of their EVP, as well as the creative and execution for the employer brand.

The result? More To Check Out. A brand platform that could amplify Catch's commitment to giving people more opportunities, more development, more flexibility, and… well… just more.

Unfortunately, internal changes meant the brand sank before it could swim. Catch isn't even around anymore. But this work is. And I'm pretty proud of it.
